Our conversations will typically last 50 minutes to leave time for a wrap-up during the end. This time can be extended (with notice) if we feel like we need more time to talk during our sessions.

If there is a mental health diagnosis, most insurance companies provide benefits. This means your personal cost depends on your deductible and co-payment amount. We are providers on most insurance panels, though there are a few exceptions. Call your insurance company for more details. My standard rates are $140 for 50-minute sessions. If you have additional questions, please give me a call.

I offer limited evening and weekend hours in order to work with complex schedules. I also offer daytime office hours. Please give me a call so we can discuss scheduling.

It currently takes about 2 weeks for a first appointment, though I am available for a free 20-minute phone consultation typically within 72 hours.
